## Description
This 7th floor condo has incredible views of the Sea of Cortez and Bella Sirena resort\. This newly purchased home is stylishly furnished and beautifully decorated\. Equipped with full kitchen utensils, beach towels, and a helpful wagon to move your things to the beach\.
This condo is comfortable for any group of friends or family\.  

Located in Sandy Beach, you will be close to bars, restaurants and shopping areas\. Just a 10\-minute drive to the Malecon\. Right on the beach in front of Bella Sirena\.

This 2\-bedroom 2\-bathroom condo has a comfortable open floor plan and is quite spacious\. It has a fully equipped kitchen and a private patio and laundry room\.

Guests will be able to enjoy all of the Resorts amenitiens\. The resort has 7 pools, 2 hot tubs and an onsite restaurant offering service to the condo as well\.  Work off the extra vacation pounds in the resort gym\. Come enjoy this fantastic residence\.

We live in Rocky Point full time and will be able to assist you whith anything you need during your stay\.

Bella Sirena is located in Sandy Beach area next to all other high\-rise buildings\. It is close to bars and restaurants\. Taxi cabs are usually outside the Resort if you do not want to drive\.

Driving into town and to the Malecon is easy fast and safe\. Follow the traffic rules\. 
There are usually cabs parked outside the resort for your convenience

Guests must follow all of the Resorts rules and regulations\.
