## Description
Inlet Reef is undergoing a complex, wide waterproofing project\.  By the end of May, a majority of the construction will occur on the adjoining Sunset portion of the complex and not the Gulf side where this condo is\.  This project consists of balconies being worked on, walls being repairs, and windows being replaced\. In additional to exterior work, there will be walkway sealing done\. You can expect to see scaffolding onsite as well as construction crews\. Noise such as concrete grinding and possible debris/dust could occur as well\. Pool hours are currently limited to 5 PM until 10 PM unless the end of May\.  Discounts will not be given for construction\-related inconveniences including but not limited to noise, closed or removed amenities, closed/blocked balconies, or dust/debris\.

The Master Bedroom has a King bed, a wall mounted flat screen HDTV, a DVD player, and balcony access\. The Master Bathroom has a separated makeup desk area with its own sink, an additional sink, and a walk in shower\.

The Guest Bedroom has two Twin beds and a wall mounted flat screen HDTV\. The Guest Bathroom has a bathtub/shower combination\.

The balcony is large and in charge, and comes complete with its own wet bar and an outside dining table\. The view from this balcony has to be seen to be believed\! From the balcony you have an unobstructed view of the emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico and the sugar white sand that makes Destin’s beach famous\. Amenities include a full size washer and dryer, and high speed wireless internet access\.
