In additional to exterior work, there will be walkway sealing done\. You can expect to see scaffolding onsite as well as construction crews\. Noise such as concrete grinding and possible debris/dust could occur as well\. Pool hours are currently limited to 5 PM until 10 PM unless the end of May\.  Discounts will not be given for construction\-related inconveniences including but not limited to noise, closed or removed amenities, closed/blocked balconies, or dust/debris\.   Look at this stunningly remodeled property at Inlet Reef, Condo 605\. The Living Room comes with a large sectional couch, a desk with a chair, a plush sitting chair, a big screen HDTV, HD Cable, a DVD player, a window overlooking the Gulf, and sliding glass doors that offer balcony access\. The large\-and\-in\-charge Master Bedroom Suite has it all: A King Size Bed, astounding views of the Gulf, balcony access via large sliding glass doors, a wall\-mounted flat screen HDTV, HD Cable, two chairs, a walk\-in closet, a granite makeup area with dual vanities, and a private bathroom\. The Master Bathroom offers plenty of storage and a vast, attractively done walk\-in shower with two shower heads\.
