All units open into the breathtaking indoor 50\-foot atrium, filled with natural light\. Guests will love the Gulf\-front pool, hot tub, and private gated beach access, as well as the grilling area and fitness center\!

They handle the permit, the setup, and the breakdown, and include an attendant and chairs\. Service is offered nightly, weather permitting\. Only one fire is allowed on the property per night\. The 27\-mile bike path provides hours of fun and exercise for the whole family as you ride a safe and easy path from Inn at Blue Mountain to shops, art galleries, restaurants, Seaside, Watercolor, Grayton Beach, or Topsail State Park, and other beach areas\. Bike rentals are available and within walking distance at Big Daddy's Bike Shop\.  Enjoy a ride\-along on 30A\. 

Bike over to Blue Mountain Beach Creamery for some homemade scoops that will have your taste buds coming back\! You'll have an array of dining options as well\!

The snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Sea Turtle Reef, deployed in 2017\. Located just 783 feet out from the Grayton Beach State Park access, it is becoming a haven for sea life\. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom\. The Sea Turtle Reef is at a depth of 12\-19 feet\. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs\. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often\. Enjoy\!
