## Description
This two\-story condo is located in the heart of Ocracoke village within walking distance to Silver Lake Harbor, shops, galleries, and restaurants\.  Ocracoke Oyster Company and Sorella's Pizza is just footsteps from the front door\.

2 Bedrooms, 2 Baths: Primary bedroom with Queen, private bath with tub/shower\. The second bedroom offers a Pyramid Bunk with Queen on bottom and Twin XL above, and a Twin XL Trundle, TV\.  A Full\-Size Sofa Bed is located in the living area\. This home offers flexible sleeping options but does not allow occupancy over the 4 person limit\. 

Amenities include central air conditioning/heat, 1 HD TV and an HD TV in the master bedroom\. The kitchen offers a K\-Cup Coffee Maker\. Stack washer/dryer\. Complimentary high\-speed wireless internet access\.

TV's will be streaming only\. Bring your own smart TV app subscriptions\. As of May 1, 2024 Amazon Firesticks will be available on the TVs\.

The exterior offers a first and second floor covered deck\. The Boyette pool is a popular feature exclusively for guests of the Boyette Condos\.   The non\-heated Boyette Condo Pool is open mid\-April through mid\-October\. Outdoor open COLD shower at poolside\.  Shared charcoal grill is available\. 

Sheets and towels are provided\. Beds are made for your arrival, with the exception of the top bunk\.

No Smoking/Vaping\. Pet\-Friendly \- The owner prefers a limit of 1 Large or 2 Small Pets\. Maximum of 2 vehicles\.

Short Stays are available; there is a three\-night minimum, and these stays can be booked within two weeks of arrival\.

Please be aware that an exterior security camera is located on the premises directed towards the parking area and/or entrances for added security and peace of mind\.
