New for 2026 \- Primary Bathroom will have a newly installed tile shower \- no soaking tub\.  The second full bath will still have a tub and shower\.

Pelican's Perch is within walking distance to Silver Lake Harbor, Ocracoke Lighthouse, restaurants, and shops\. Enjoy the ease of a first\-floor end unit\. After a day at the beach, enjoy relaxing at the Boyette Pool\.

2 Bedrooms, 2 Baths: Primary Bedroom with King Bed, bedroom with Queen Bed\. Starting in 2026 the primary Bath has a tiled shower only, no tub\. Maximum occupancy of 4\. The hallway bath has a tub/shower\.
