## Description
This two\-story condo is within walking distance to Silver Lake Harbor, Ocracoke Lighthouse, restaurants, shops, and galleries, and right across the street from the Oyster Company, Spencer's Market, and Books to be Red\.

Hawk's Nest features two bedrooms and two bathrooms\. 1 King, 1 Pyramid Bunk \(Double over Queen\), and Queen Sleeper Sofa\. This home offers flexible sleeping options but does not allow occupancy over the 4 person limit\. 

The Primary bedroom includes a King bed, a private bathroom with tub/shower, flat\-screen smart TV, and a private covered deck with Adirondack chairs that overlook all the activity on Irvin Garrish Highway\. The second bedroom offers a Pyramid Bunk \(Double over Queen\) and flat\-screen smart TV\. The hallway bathroom includes a stall shower and washer/dryer\. The downstairs living area offers a Queen Sleeper Sofa\.

Amenities include central air conditioning/heat, ceiling fans, complimentary wireless internet access, and 3 internet streaming TVs\.  

Sheets and towels are provided\. Beds are made for your arrival, with the exception of the top bunk\.

The exterior offers a first and second\-floor deck, both of which are covered\. The first\-floor deck includes six tall Adirondack chairs and an outdoor ceiling fan, great for morning coffee, evening drinks, or rainy days\. 

The pool \(non\-heated\) is a popular feature exclusively for guests of the Boyette Condos and is open from mid\-April through mid\-October\. There is an outdoor open COLD shower at the poolside\. Shared charcoal grills are also available\.

No Smoking/Vaping\. No pets allowed\. Limit of 2 vehicles\.

Short Stays are available; there is a three\-night minimum, and these stays can be booked within two weeks of arrival\.
