The Cozy Cottage is a charming and unique three bedroom home with a wrap around screened porch and two outdoor showers\. Centrally located but tucked off the main road, it is easy walking or biking distance to many of the shops and restaurants\. 

3 bedrooms: 2 with queens and a full bath with tiled shower in the main house and a detached barn with two built in bunk beds and a full bath with shower\.

Amenities include a complimentary wireless internet, two Smart TVs, and mini split central heating/AC\. Kitchen offers a dishwasher, microwave, and standard coffee maker\. Washer and Dryer\. 

Exterior offers two screened porches, a screened deck off the barn, two outdoor showers, gas grill, fish cleaning bench, and picnic table\.
