Important note: There is a minimum age requirement of 25 years for all bookings, and the renter must be present during the entire stay\. A valid Driver's License and/or State ID will be required for all bookings\. Absolutely no one under the age of 25 will be allowed to book a reservation\.

Pet Policy: Please be aware that this property is NOT pet\-friendly\. Any unauthorized pets found on the premises will result in an additional, non\-refundable fee of $500, and in some cases, up to $1,000\.

No smoking: We have a strict no smoking policy in place\. If any signs of smoking are found, the renter agrees to pay a fee of $300\.00\.

We provide guests with a basic set of consumables, including 2 rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom, 1 garbage bag in each trash can, plus 2 extras, 1 roll of kitchen paper, some detergent, and 2 dishwasher tabs\. However, guests are responsible for their own additional supplies\. Please note that we do not provide a full propane tank for the grill\.

We highly recommend that all guests purchase travel insurance for added peace of mind\.

Cancellation policy: We understand that sometimes plans change, but since a cancellation involves a significant amount of work and potentially leads to other interested parties moving on to alternative accommodations, we charge a processing fee of $100\.00 for all cancellations\. Additionally, any credit card fees incurred will also be charged back, even if the amount cannot be refunded\.
