This condo is newly refurnished and includes gulf front balcony access , a wall mounted television and queen sleeper sofa\. The dining area features a cool bar top feature that seats five and the galley kitchen is equipped with everything you need to whip up your favorite coastal cuisine\.

The primary bedroom has a king bed and wall mounted television with access to the primary bathroom\. The guest room offers a queen size bed, with access to the guest bath which features a step in shower with safety handle\. The 3rd bedroom offers a fun set of twin bunk beds, perfect for the kids and the 3rd bathroom offers a tub and shower combo\. 
Island Shores is a 59 unit complex located in the heart of Gulf Shores\. Enjoy the outdoor pool or stay inside where your view of the majestic Gulf of Mexico is unhindered\. Bring your laptop and stay connected via the free unlimited WIFI\. Enjoy this smoke free environment\. Use the coin operated laundry on\-site\. Monthly stays November to March\.

During the spring break season, between the dates of March 1 through April 30 of each year, the person booking the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and must be present to physically check in at our office with your government issued ID present\.
