Welcome to Island Sun, your perfect Gulf front retreat on Dauphin Island, designed for endless family fun in the sun\! This beachfront oasis features a volleyball pit for friendly matches and an open living space, including a living room, dining room and a fully equipped modern kitchen with island seating, ideal for gathering and creating lasting memories\.

Step inside to discover a spacious dining room table adjacent to the kitchen and coffee bar, perfect for enjoying meals together\. The living room boasts a large flat\-screen TV and direct access to the elevated back porch, offering breathtaking Gulf views\.

Three bedrooms await in the south end of the home, providing comfortable accommodations for all\. The west king bedroom suite offers Gulf views and a private bathroom, while the north bunk room features a twin\-over\-full bunk bed, dedicated TV, and closet\. The east queen room provides additional comfort with a dedicated TV and closet, with a common bathroom conveniently located between the bunk rooms\.

Outside, the covered back porch beckons with an outdoor dining and grilling area, perfect for al fresco meals\. The Gulf\-facing area of the porch features a sitting area and shuffleboard, providing entertainment for all ages\.

As with all of our Dauphin Island Beach Rentals, all linens and towels are provided, WIFI, along with a fully\-outfitted kitchen\. There will be a starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags; please plan on bringing more for day 2 ;\)\.  A great beach vacation is waiting on you\!

Please note the following:
1\. Minimum Age for the Primary Renter is 25, and Primary Renter must be present for the entire stay\.
2\. Maximum Occupancy numbers include Children 3 and over and cannot be exceeded at any time\.
3\. All of our Homes are Non\-Smoking\.
4\. A signed Rental Agreement is Required, which contains additional Rules and Guidance\.
5\. This property does not allow weddings or parties\.
6\. Check\-in time is 3 pm, and check\-out time is 10 am\.
7\. Start dishes and linens before departure\.
8\. Take the trash can to the street on Tuesday night and Friday night\.
9\. This home is NOT pet\-friendly\.
