This condo participates in our Fresh Bed Program which provides freshly laundered coverlets with each new arrival\. These coverlets provide a lightweight and comfortable sleeping experience, no matter the season\.

Island Sunrise 162 can be your beach front escape\! This 2\-bedroom vacation rental in the heart of Gulf Shores will provide memories that last a lifetime\. With the ability to sleep up to 6 people, has private balcony access overlooking the sugar white sands of the coast of the Gulf of Mexico\. 

The kitchen is fully equipped with all you need to prepare and serve fresh cooked meals\. If you choose, you can enjoy your morning cup of coffee while sitting on the balcony and listening to the tide roll in\. 

After a fun filled day of getting your toes in the sand, you can retreat to the primary bedroom which has a king size bed\. There is a private bathroom with a bathtub and shower combination\. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and a set of twin over twin bunk beds\. The second full bathroom has a walk\-in shower\. Each bedroom has a flat screen television so you can still catch your favorite television shows\.

True to its name, Island Sunrise is the perfect place to witness breathtaking performances of the sun\!  With an outdoor pool and plenty of space to grill and picnic, spend your days in the lazy swing or on sugar sands\.  The 60 units in this traditional building are sure to please you and your entire family\. When you choose this 1st floor, 950 sq ft east corner condo, you will have a washer and dryer and free unlimited WIFI\. 

Monthly stays November to March 1\. Due to space, parking is limited to 2 cars\. This smoke\-free property\. No pets are permitted, and you must be 25 years of age or older to rent\. 

There is a one \(1\) Parking Pass limit at Island Sunrise from mid\-May through Labor Day Weekend

During the spring break season, between the dates of March 1 through April 30 of each year, the person booking the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and must be present to physically check in at our office with your government issued ID present\.
