Island Tower is the epitome of a dream vacation destination in Gulf Shores, Alabama\. This is the tallest building in the area, boasting unobstructed views that set it apart\. Centrally located in Gulf Shores, it's just a few steps away from the beautiful beaches and within easy reach of all the fun the area has to offer\. The complex features fantastic amenities, including a Gulf\-front heated indoor pool, a sauna, a Gulf\-front fitness center, a large beach\-side outdoor pool with a lounge area, a playground, a BBQ area, covered parking, two high\-speed elevators, and 150 feet of white sandy beach\. After a day of sun\-soaked fun, relax on your private balcony and enjoy the view while savoring the salty air\.

Island Tower 703 is an exceptional unit on the 7th floor with stunning views\. The kitchen boasts modern cabinetry, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a double oven, and a drop\-in cooktop\. The master bedroom features a king\-size bed, the second bedroom a queen, and the third a full\-size bed\. Each bedroom has a balcony entrance\. The dining table seats six, and there's room for three more at the bar\. A washer and dryer are provided within the unit for your convenience\.

Please note that Island Tower is not a pet\-friendly property\. The association requires all pets on the property to be documented and registered before guests' arrival\. Pets on the property without proper registration will result in a $200 fine for the owner, and the pet will be required to be removed from the premises, and guests may be evicted\.

Additional Information:

Parking Passes are required and may be purchased upon arrival or by contacting the management office\. A maximum of two parking passes per reservation is allowed \(2 cars maximum\)\.
Linens are provided; please bring your own beach towels\.
The reservation includes a "starter set" of hand soap, 1 roll of toilet tissue per bathroom, 1 trash bag per trash can, and 1 roll of paper towels\.

Guests must be at least 25 years of age or older to rent\.
