This is a one\-bedroom, one\-bathroom unit has what you need for an enjoyable vacation getaway\. The living room has a new 55\-inch flatscreen TV with Blu\-ray\. Relax in the recliner and sofa\. 

The master bedroom has a privacy door, new King\-size bed, dresser, and a 32\-inch flatscreen television mounted in one corner of the room\. The bathroom has all of the standard amenities plus a newly tiled shower\. 

The kitchen, with every appliance that you’ll need, has new granite countertops that are ready for you to prepare a delicious meal\. A breakfast bar also has two stools that have backs\. 

In the dining area, a round glass table, mounted on a dark rattan stand, is complemented by four matching rattan chairs that have patterned pale blue seat cushions\. 

This lower unit has great views of the Gulf and sugar\-white beach from the dining room and kitchen\. Floor\-to\-ceiling windows enhance the views\.
