The gulf front views at Island Winds West are second to none plus you're within walking distance to restaurants shopping and nightlife making this an ideal location for travelers of all ages\. This adorable 1 bedroom 1 bath condo is Gulf front with a Queen bed\. This unit has an open concept and the bedroom is completely open to the hallway\. 

Tired of dining out? No problem staying in is a breeze with a fully\-equipped kitchen\. This vacation rental also offers a washer and dryer FREE WIFI a fitness room on site a gulf front pool and a separate children's pool\. When not playing on the beach you are sure to enjoy the view from your private gulf front balcony\. This 720 sq ft 6th floor Efficiency Style 1 Bedroom Condo is non\-smoking\. The outdoor pool is heated from late October \- Mid March\. 

If you are looking for a place to stay during The National Shrimp Festival or the Hangout Music Festival this is right in the middle of the action\. 

Payment for parking passes will be collected separately\. Once purchased, passes will be picked up on\-site at the property and will be valid for the duration of your stay\. 

You must be 25 years of age or older to rent\. No pets, and no smoking is permitted\. Monthly rental rates available\.

During the spring break season, between the dates of March 1 through April 30 of each year, the person booking the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and must be present to physically check in at our office with your government issued ID present\.
