It has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and offers a tranquil retreat with a stunning backyard oasis\. Isla's Beach Oasis features two inviting living areas, complete with a pull\-out sofa bed, ensuring ample space for both children and adults to unwind\. The backyard is a haven, featuring a heated saltwater pool with a spacious lounge ledge, a charming fire pit, a gazebo for shaded outdoor dining, and a Smart TV\. The fully stocked kitchen is ready for your dream vacation or extended stay\. Isla's also provides everything you will need for a fun beach day; umbrella, chairs, rolling cooler, beach wagon, and towels provided \- just bring your sunscreen and be ready to make memories\.

\~ Dog friendly stay:  We warmly welcome well\-behaved canine companions \(no cats\)\. Jacksonville Beach is dog\-friendly, with many restaurants offering outdoor seating and water bowls for your pup\.

• Dogs should be house\-trained or kenneled when alone 
• For the comfort and safety of all guests, aggressive or unsocialized dogs are not permitted  

\~Pool Heating: Pool heating to 85\~ is available September 15 – May 15 with 72 hours’ notice, with a daily heating fee\.  Heaters may not reach the desired temperature if the lows fall below 45\~ \(which is rare\)\.   

\~ Cancellation Details: In the event of a cancellation, a 3% processing fee will be applied to cover credit card transaction costs
