Our low\-maintenance and relaxing attached home is in a convenient location to explore local breweries or see Cincinnati and Dayton\. If you are looking for something refined and inviting \- this home is perfect for you\. We care about our home and the guests that come to use it\. This home comes equipped with four flat screen ROKU TVs\. Safe and convenient parking is located in our two\-car garage\! This pet\-friendly home is located in a cul\-de\-sac off a neighborhood street\. This home requires the ability to utilize steps both to enter and navigate the spaces throughout the home\. This home is great for folks needing transitional housing while dealing with life events and changes\. That's not to say you won't enjoy a short stay as well\! The neighborhood is very nice and friendly\. The neighbors are mostly families, and some have children\. We are extremely close to Interstate 75, and you can easily access places like Mason, West Chester, Liberty Township, and Middletown\. When you enter the home, you'll walk down a short hallway into the living room area that is also open to the eat\-in kitchen\. You'll notice a lot of natural light shines through the windows\! LIVING ROOM You can watch your favorite shows on our large Roku TV while lounging on your comfortable sofas\. KITCHEN This kitchen has everything you need for your stay, including a Keurig coffee maker \(with plenty of coffee\), microwave, dishwasher, and stovetop oven\. The kitchen table seats six people comfortably\. Since this is open to the living room, you can also enjoy the TV while sitting at the table\. LAUNDRY ROOM This is located off the kitchen and has a small washer/dryer combination so you may do all your laundry during your stay \(we provide the detergent and dryer sheets\)\. BEDROOM ONE This queen bed is located in the basement of the home, so your guests will need to be able to climb steps to sleep\. There is plenty of storage in the dresser and closet, and a ceiling fan to keep you cool\. Of course, this room is also equipped with a Roku TV\. BEDROOM TWO This bedroom also features a queen bed, dresser, closet, and a Roku TV for the most comfortable stay\! It is located on the lower level as well\. BEDROOM THREE This room features a full\-size bed and is located in the basement\. We also equipped this room with a dresser and a Roku TV\. BATHROOMS There are TWO full bathrooms in this home\. One is located upstairs just off the entryway and the second is located downstairs in the hallway for the bedrooms to share \(plenty of towels are available for your convenience\)\. Both bathrooms are tub/shower combinations\. BACK PATIO Enjoy the sounds of nature while sipping your morning coffee or your evening glass of wine\. There is seating for four, plus a charcoal grill\. This home can sleep seven \(7\), but that would be by utilizing the couch\. This is a duplex, but guests don't have to worry about noise as the walls are thick and noise resistant\. The entire unit is exclusively yours without interruption during your stay, so relax, unwind, and make yourself at home\. You are welcome to access the two\-car garage or parking in the driveway\. The outlet malls are nearby \(Cincinnati Premium outlets\) and the casino is 5 minutes drive\. Kings Island is very close \(approximately 18 minutes away\. Tons of shopping, movies, and more\. You will need to have a car, rent a car, or use a ride\-sharing service to enjoy most of the surrounding entertainment and dining\. Attached home in a great, convenient community near the highway\.
