Located in the heart of Gville this newly renovated home has 3BR/2BA\+ gorgeous bonus room w/ sleeper sofa\! Walking distance to grocery, shopping and dining in Thornebrook Village \(0\.75miles\)\. Centrally located, this comfortable and clean home is within a few miles of UF, Hospital, Oaks Mall, Celebration point, and Downtown Gainesville\! Also has quick and easy access for the explorers who want to head out of town to enjoy all the wonderful springs North Central Florida has to offer\!

The home has been recently renovated for guest comfort\. Located on a quiet street in the heart of Gainesville, this home is close to everything\! Three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a bonus room with vaulted cedar ceiling and a sleeper sofa\. Yard is fully enclosed with a wire fence for your furry friends\! There is a fire pit outside for your use but the inside fire place is not permitted for guest use\.

Parking in driveway is ample\! There are two lanes of parking and a carport\. Easily fits four cars\. More vehicles can park along front of yard in front of home\. Please only park in yard to the right of driveway\.

For the comfort of all our guests, we are a very strict non smoking home\. Smoking is not allowed anywhere on our property, including outside\. Thank you\! 

Guests who's stays include a Tuesday will be asked to roll Waste Bin to curb Monday evening for pickup on Tuesday morning\. 

We have an outdoor fire pit for guest use but the indoor fire place is not permitted for  guest use and is locked\.

TVs are smart TVs and are able to be used with all steaming companies \(Netflix, Hulu, YouTube, Prime, etc\)\. The TVs do not have cable access\.
