The Space:
Step inside Jen's Bay Retreat, where you will find dual downstairs master suites with king beds and a private en suite bathroom each so you and your family don't have to fight over who gets the best bedroom\.   Also on the main level is a comfy living room with plenty of seating, a 55" HDTV with premium cable, a fully stocked kitchen and not 1 but 2 screened porches sheltered from the sun\.  Stroll upstairs and you will find a 2nd large living room space with a sleeper sofa and 2 additional bedrooms sharing a bathroom and more porch seating off the 2nd living room\.

Access:
You will have access to the entire home\. Entry is through a twist key lock and the code will be provided 48 hours before checking in\!

Neighborhood:
The Retreat at Glenn's Bay is located off Glenn's Bay Road, a golf cart legal road with 30 MPH speed limit\.  Make a left turn out of the complex and you are just 2 minutes away from downtown Surfside with its delicious eateries and night life\.  Just about a mile beyond that is the gorgeous new Surfside Pier with additional tasty restaurant choices, ice cream shops, retail and public beach access with golf cart parking\.  Public parking is only about $10/day\.  Also, within 10 minutes drive are 3 grocery stores, including Piggly Wiggly less than 1/4 mile away and reachable by golf cart\.

Transit:
For transportation, a luxe gas\-powered golf cart is available for rent \($65/day for the 4\-seater and $75/day for the 6\-seater\) offering approximately 140 miles of cruising on a single tank \(gas included\)\. You can add this feature in your guest portal after booking\. This makes accessing the public beach easier & more fun\! The property is conveniently located, just 15 minutes from Myrtle Beach International Airport\. Uber services are readily available, with estimated fares of $25\-30 to reach the property\.

Additional Notes:
For your stay, we provide linens, bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths\. The kitchen is equipped with essential supplies like a roll of paper towels, hand soaps, and 2 dishwasher and 2 laundry pods and the bathrooms are stocked with two rolls of toiler paper each\. which are all included in the "cleaning fee"\. Don't forget to bring your own beach and pool towels\. Taxes are not included in the nightly rate\.

To ensure a safe and smooth stay for all guests, we use a secure guest portal that includes your rental agreement, local recommendations, and access to any upsells that may be available to you\. As part of this process, the portal does ask for a copy of a valid photo ID for verification and liability purposes\. For your safety, the link to the portal is sent directly through the platform’s message thread\.
