THINGS TO KNOW BEFORE BOOKING
• A signed Property Management Rental Agreement Contract is mandatory upon booking

IMPORTANT NOTES
This home is located in a developing community\. There may be construction going on around the neighborhood and next door\.
Due to minimal parking, trailers of any kind are not allowed in the neighborhood\.

GOLF CART INFORMATION \(INCLUDED\)
• Golf cart deliveries are scheduled based on check\-in times, typically around 4 PM\.
• Golf carts are provided through our trusted partner, Beachin' Buggies\.
• After your booking is confirmed, Beachin' Buggies will reach out to you directly to finalize the rental details\.
• The golf cart is not included in long\-term rentals\. An additional fee will apply if you wish to add a golf cart to a month\-to\-month rental\.

BEACH GEAR CREDIT INCLUDED
• Guests with reservations of 3 to 21 nights at participating vacation properties will receive a credit toward beach gear rentals during their stay\.
• As a gift to you, this home offers beach gear credit for you to select top\-quality beach gear for your vacation stay\.
• You can choose from a range of items, including bikes, kayaks, paddleboards, boogieboards, and more\.

•The pool is serviced twice a week on Monday and Friday, and we do our best to keep sand out of the pool\. Because this home is next to the dunes, you may see some sand at the bottom of the pool\.

• Please remember that you are on an island; mosquitoes/pests can be plentiful several times per year\. Our properties are treated by a professional pest control service every month\.

• We use disinfecting products that meet or exceed CDC performance standards\.
• Every property is stocked with bath towels & washcloths for the maximum occupancy of the property, along with one hand towel per bathroom\.
• We inspect every property to make sure it is up to standard and ready for your family's arrival\.
