THE DEEP DIVE
All BeachHauses are engineered for simple, easy living\. All BeachHauses feature self check\-in and check\-out\. They're stocked with beach toys, beach towels, bath towels, laundry detergent, shampoo, conditioner, olive oil, and cooking\-ready kitchens\.
 
It's 1950 and the surf is good\. This is the start of the Del Mar Beach Colony\. Now we've updated the house but kept all the purity of a good Del Mar vacation\. So drive up, dig into the shared garage with its wagons and beach toys and umbrellas and chairs, and hit the beach\. When you come back, play through the gorgeous little yard and settle into this lovely duplex under one fresh new roof\. Kids on one side, adults on the other? Bring a family with you? With two units of two bedrooms each, it's the perfect place for a mini family reunion or couples' retreat\.
