## Description
You can truly be "On Holiday" at this beautiful home located in Old Nags Head Place\. The outdoor entertaining has so much to offer, from your very own private saltwater pool and hot tub, to the tiki bar, outdoor ping pong table and corn hole game\. Inside you can enjoy the rec room with a pool table and wet bar with full\-size refrigerator and microwave\. Gather in the great room for movies or great dinners in the well\-equipped kitchen\. Take in the beautiful sunrises from the top\-level sun deck and catch a view of the ocean\.

The beautiful OBX beach is just a short walk as well as the Nags Head Pier where you can enjoy a great meal or fishing or head to Jockey's Ridge State Park\. Try out a local favorite the Surfin' Spoon,  a local frozen yogurt bar that is just a short walk away, you'll be glad you did\!

No pets allowed\. No smoking/vaping\. Fireplace not available for guest use\. Ask about our Military Discount\. CANCELATIONS MUST BE SUBMITTED TO Village Realty in writing\. In case of cancelation, all monies will be refunded less a $150 cancelation fee if you cancel 31 or more days prior to arrival\. If you cancel 15\-30 days prior to arrival, you will receive a 50% refund\. Any cancelations within 14 days of arrival will not be subject to a refund\.
