The lower level rec room has a pool table, surround sound, a 2nd full\-size refrigerator w/ice maker, wet bar & microwave\. Cabana pool bath w/shower on lower level, stereo system throughout the home, outdoor decks, pool area with outdoor speakers which can be played from lower level sound system & dune deck\. Private boardwalk to a dune deck and beach\. 2 dishwashers, 2 washers/dryers, 2 ovens w/warming drawer, 2 microwaves, Subzero refrigerator, wet bar w/icemaker, high chair, Pack\-n\-Play, gas fireplace, grill, and outdoor shower\.
