Our beach cottage is well appointed with stylish and comfortable furnishings, three master suites, plenty of deck furniture on the covered and sun decks and a large variety of games, puzzles and books for family time\. The well equipped kitchen will satisfy even gourmet cooks\. You will also find a high chair and Pack'n'Play\. Watch unforgettable sunsets over Jockey's Ridge\. Kick off your flip flops in the game room while shooting a game of pool the billiards table or soak up the sun by the private pool\. Maybe cap off a fun filled day at the beach with a relaxing soak in the hot tub\.

Great Views from this Outer Banks home, fronting the Beach Road in Nags Head\. Direct beach access is only 100 yards away\! \(Guest will cross the 2 lane Beach Road to access the ocean\)\. 10' x 20' private pool, hot tub, rec room with pool table and wet bar\. 2 refrigerators, WiFi, TVs, DVDs, outside there is a charcoal grill and an outside shower\. Excellent views of both the ocean and Jockeys Ridge\.

No pets allowed\. No smoking/vaping\. Ask about our Military Discount\. CANCELATIONS MUST BE SUBMITTED TO Village Realty in writing\. In case of cancelation, all monies will be refunded less a $150 cancelation fee if you cancel 31 or more days prior to arrival\. If you cancel 15\-30 days prior to arrival, you will receive a 50% refund\. Any cancelations within 14 days of arrival will not be subject to a refund\.
