Have the best of both at this beautiful and conveniently located Outer Banks vacation home\.\.\. a private pool and really easy beach access\! "Point of Views" is oceanside in a favorite Nags Head neighborhood near Jockey's Ridge called Old Nags Head Place\.

Enjoy the spaciousness and comfort of five bedrooms, four and a half baths, great room, tower room, rec room, multiple decks, covered patio, and fenced\-in private pool area\. Old Nags Head Place is a nice community with quiet streets, great for bike riding and walking to spots like Nags Head Fishing Pier for breakfast, Tortuga's for lunch or dinner and Snowbird for an ice cream cone in the evening, not to mention the beautiful Outer Banks beaches\.

Outdoor amenities at "Point of Views" include: fenced\-in private pool area with patio bar area, hot tub, covered patio with gas grill, sun and shade decks, poolside and deck furnishings for dining and lounging, picnic table, beach chairs, and covered parking\.

Indoor amenities at "Point of Views" include: whirlpool tub, rec room with pool table and full\-size refrigerator, TVs, DVD players, WiFi, stereo system, books and board games\. Enjoy extras around the house, too, like having a griddle and ice cream maker in the kitchen\.

Point of View is oceanside between the roads in Nags Head\. Guests will walk just a block to cross the 2 lane Beach Road to access the ocean\.

No pets allowed\. No smoking/vaping\. Fireplace not available for guest use\. CANCELATIONS MUST BE SUBMITTED TO Village Realty in writing\. In case of cancelation, all monies will be refunded less a $150 cancelation fee if you cancel 31 or more days prior to arrival\. If you cancel 15\-30 days prior to arrival, you will receive a 50% refund\. Any cancelations within 14 days of arrival will not be subject to a refund\.
