Sandy Bottoms is located on the oceanside with a spacious enclosed backyard which makes it perfect if you are bringing your pet\. This beautiful home offers you a private pool and hot tub and a Tiki bar for all that outdoor fun\! Indoor fun in the rec room lets everyone join in a game of pool\. The great room on the top level has room for everyone to enjoy some time together for delicious dinners prepared in the well\-equipped kitchen or just relax and watch your favorite movies in the living area\. Ample covered and sun decks give you space to enjoy a favorite book and beverage\!  Hugh fenced in backyard for pets\!

The public beach access is just a short walk and you are close to many local restaurants, shops and outdoor activities\.

Pets allowed\. No smoking/vaping\. Ask about our Military Discount\.  Fireplace not for guest use\. CANCELATIONS MUST BE SUBMITTED TO Village Realty in writing\. In case of cancelation, all monies will be refunded less a $150 cancelation fee if you cancel 31 or more days prior to arrival\. If you cancel 15\-30 days prior to arrival, you will receive a 50% refund\. Any cancelations within 14 days of arrival will not be subject to a refund\.
