This great 5 bedroom home makes the ultimate family vacation even better\! Enjoy the comforts of the spacious decks as you take in the serene and tranquil scenery that you've come to know and expect from this beautiful little sandbar\. 

Spend your day soaking up the sun as you float your cares away in the private pool or spend an afternoon hitting the waves and sea glass hunting\. Prepare a delicious meal of local cuisine in the well\-equipped kitchen that's sure to delight your inner chef\.  Then gather the family for game night in the great room or downstairs den\. Spend some time relaxing in the hot tub as you reminisce of the fun and new memories made\. Marlin Manor has all the comforts you expect for a great OBX vacation\. 

Pets allowed\. No smoking/vaping\. CANCELATIONS MUST BE SUBMITTED TO Village Realty in writing\. In case of cancelation, all monies will be refunded less a $150 cancelation fee if you cancel 31 or more days prior to arrival\. If you cancel 15\-30 days prior to arrival, you will receive a 50% refund\. Any cancelations within 14 days of arrival will not be subject to a refund\.
