New for 2025: Newly Renovated Game Room\. You can Take it E\-sea at this beautiful home with all the comforts you need for a great vacation\. Relax in your own private pool and hot tub\.  The great room offers a living area and a fully equipped kitchen where you can prepare those delicious meals\. The lower level game room will be a fun place to hang out and play ping pong and foosball\.

Relax and enjoy the convenience of this Old Nags Head Place home with quiet streets for bike riding, a short walk to great restaurants, and a very easy stroll to the beach\. Take It E\-sea is sure to call you back for years to come\. 

No pets allowed\. No smoking/vaping\. Please Note: Gas fireplace in the living room and firepit in backyard are not available for guest use; Jets in the soaking tub are not operational\. CANCELATIONS MUST BE SUBMITTED TO Village Realty in writing\. In case of cancelation, all monies will be refunded less a $150 cancelation fee if you cancel 31 or more days prior to arrival\. If you cancel 15\-30 days prior to arrival, you will receive a 50% refund\. Any cancelations within 14 days of arrival will not be subject to a refund\.
