Curlew's Call is a fantastic pet\-friendly Outer Banks vacation home featuring a private pool and hot tub, views of the Atlantic Ocean and Jockey's Ridge, a spacious layout with a recreation room and den in addition to the main living/dining level, and a convenient location just 50ft from the community walkway to the beach\. The Old Nags Head Place neighborhood is beautiful and so convenient; just minutes from restaurants, shopping, OBX attractions, movie theaters and more\.

28' x 14' private pool, hot tub, 3 master bedrooms, TVs, Blu\-Ray players, DVD players, WIFI, rec room with pool table & wet bar, fireplace, 2 refrigerators\. Outside amenities include: pool alarm, multiple decks, a hammock swing, basketball goal, charcoal grill, picnic table, enclosed outside shower, and covered parking\.

This home is between the roads and guests will cross the 2 lane Beach Road to access the ocean\.

Pets allowed \- dogs only \(no cats\)\. No smoking/vaping\. CANCELATIONS MUST BE SUBMITTED TO Village Realty in writing\. In case of cancelation, all monies will be refunded less a $150 cancelation fee if you cancel 31 or more days prior to arrival\. If you cancel 15\-30 days prior to arrival, you will receive a 50% refund\. Any cancelations within 14 days of arrival will not be subject to a refund\.
