This spacious 4\-bedroom, 2\.5\-bathroom home is perfectly situated in the heart of Bend, surrounded by fantastic restaurants and grocery stores\. With its beautiful hardwood floors and comfortable design, this home offers everything you need for a memorable stay\.

Spacious Bedrooms:  
The master bedroom, located upstairs, features a king\-size bed and a walk\-in closet\. The en\-suite bathroom includes dual sinks, a luxurious soaking tub, and a standing shower\. Two additional upstairs bedrooms, each with queen beds and backyard views, share a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo\. Downstairs, a fourth bedroom features a pyramid bunk bed with a twin on top and a full\-size bed on the bottom, conveniently located next to a half bath\.  

Fully Equipped Kitchen:  
The kitchen boasts granite countertops, a full\-size fridge, a gas stove, a built\-in microwave, and a walk\-in pantry\. Whether you're preparing a holiday feast or reheating leftovers, this kitchen is ready for any meal\.  

Inviting Living and Dining Areas:  
The living room offers plenty of space with two comfortable couches and a large TV\. A storage closet filled with toys and games ensures kids stay entertained\. The dining area includes a table that seats seven, with additional seating for three at the breakfast bar\.
