Located ground floor and on the oceanfront in Kahana, this 1\-bedroom/1\-bath fully equipped condo has all you will want and need for the quiet Maui vacation\. 

A portable A/C unit was recently installed in the living room\. Walk right out to the oceanfront pool, BBQs, and a sea wall and enjoy the cool West Maui trade winds\. Guests will enjoy watching sunsets year\-round and whales in the winter\.  Walk into Kahana for shopping and dining or 5 minutes in either direction to white sandy beaches\.  

Nearby Beaches to Kahana Reef: 
1\. Kahekili Beach Park \(Airport Beach\): Generally calm conditions, excellent snorkeling and swimming, public restrooms, BBQ grills, and a large grassy area\. 
2\. Honokowai Beach Park:  Great for snorkeling due to the shallow, reef\-protected beach, Children’s playground area, plenty of shade, tables, and BBQ grills\. 
3\. Pohaku Park \(S\-Turns\): Calmer during summer months, with sandy and rocky shoreline, and picnic tables\.
