Kamaole Sands \#2\-301 is a large 1,036 sq ft\. two\-bedroom two\-bath single\-level end unit on the third floor with a peek\-a\-boo ocean view\. There is brand new split system A/C throughout \(Oct 2022\), a fully equipped kitchen with newer appliances and countertop, washer/dryer, telephone, and free Wi\-fi\. Unit 2\-301 has high\-definition flat\-screen televisions \(living room and master bed\), Blu\-Ray/DVD player, a California king bed and A/C in the primary bedroom, two twin beds and A/C in the guest room, and a queen sofa bed\.  Kamaole Sands \#2\-301 sleeps 6\.
Same day bookings and those arriving within 48 hours of making the reservation requires a phone call to Rentals Maui for confirmation\.

Kamaole Sands is the premiere property in South Kihei\. Located across the street from Kamaole Beach III\. There's a fully\-equipped gym / workout facility with an amazing view overlooking the pool area\. In addition, there is a large family style swimming pool, two hot tubs, a children's wading pool, and 10 barbecue areas with shaded picnic tables\. Kamaole Sands features two tennis courts \(no fee\) and three pickleball courts\. Adult and junior tennis rackets and pickleball paddles are available to rent with complementary balls\. Complimentary parking in a private, well\-lit and security patrolled parking lot\. Electric Vehicle \(EV\) charging stations are available for a fee on a first come, first served basis\. Wi\-Fi available in most areas and a convenient cyber cafe is in the lobby\. Activity area with ping pong, foosball, and other games for all ages \-\- free lending library\. Free Maui News daily newspaper available at the pool area\. Every Wednesday, Kamaole Sands hosts a complimentary gathering with live music and hula dancers\. Kamaole Sands is centrally located and is in walking distance to shops, restaurants and activities\. It is also minutes from the championship golf courses of Wailea and Makena\.
