## Description
Kamaole Sands \#3\-307 is a 3rd floor, 1\-bedroom, 2\-bath unit with a partial ocean view\. There is a split air conditioning system in the living room and bedroom, a fully\-equipped kitchen, washer & dryer, 2 flat\-screen televisions, a Blu\-Ray player, telephone, and wireless Internet\. In the bedroom is a queen bed with a pillow top mattress pad, a flat screen TV, A/C, and a full bathroom\. There is a queen sofa bed in the living room, along with a recliner, a flat\-screen TV, and A/C\. For outdoor adventuring, Kamaole Sands \#3\-307 includes beach chairs, beach towels, and a cooler\.  
Same day bookings and those arriving within 48 hours of making the reservation requires a phone call to Rentals Maui for confirmation\. 
Bookings made within 7 days of arrival will require an ID check and screening prior to confirmation\.

Kamaole Sands is the premiere property in South Kihei\. Located across the street from Kamaole Beach III\.  Whale watch, swim, snorkel, walk miles on the beach and watch the most amazing sunsets imaginable\. There are 15 acres of lush tropical landscaping, waterscapes, and fountains\. There's a fully\-equipped gym / workout facility with an amazing view overlooking the pool area\. In addition there is a large family style swimming pool, two hot tubs, a children's wading pool, and 10 barbecue areas with shaded picnic tables\. Kamaole Sands features two tennis courts \(no fee\) and three pickleball courts\. Adult and junior tennis rackets and pickleball paddles are available to rent with complementary balls\. Complimentary parking in a private, well\-lit and security patrolled parking lot\. Electric Vehicle \(EV\) charging stations are available for a fee on a first come, first served basis\.  Wi\-Fi available in most areas and a convenient cyber cafe is in the lobby\. Activity area with ping pong, foosball, and other games for all ages \-\- free lending library\. Free Maui News daily newspaper available at the pool area\. Every Wednesday, Kamaole Sands hosts a complimentary gathering with live music and hula dancers\. Kamaole Sands is centrally located and is in walking distance to shops, restaurants and activities\. It is also minutes from the championship golf courses of Wailea and Makena\. Kamaole Sands has an on\-site concierge\.
