## Description
Kamaole Sands \#4\-301 is a single\-level 2 bedroom, 2 bath end unit with partial ocean view\. The air\-conditioned primary bedroom features a king bed and a cable TV as well as an en suite bathroom with a shower tub combo\. The guest bedroom is equipped with two twin beds that are convertible to a king\. It also provides a cable television and wall unit a/c\. The guest bathroom includes a shower tub combo\. The living room has a queen sofa bed, a ceiling fan and a cable television as well as a wall\-unit air conditioner to regulate the temperature\. Beach towels and beach chairs are provided for your days at the ocean\. Kamaole Sands \#4\-301 sleeps 6 but the sofa sleeper works best for kids\.
Same day bookings and those arriving within 48 hours of making the reservation requires a phone call to Rentals Maui for confirmation\. 
Bookings made within 7 days of arrival will require an ID check and screening prior to confirmation\.

Kamaole Sands is the premiere property in South Kihei\. Located across the street from Kamaole Beach III\.  Whale watch, swim, snorkel, walk miles on the beach and watch the most amazing sunsets imaginable\. There are 15 acres of lush tropical landscaping, waterscapes, and fountains\. There's a fully\-equipped gym / workout facility with an amazing view overlooking the pool area\. In addition there is a large family style swimming pool, two hot tubs, a children's wading pool, and 10 barbecue areas with shaded picnic tables\. Kamaole Sands features two tennis courts \(no fee\) and three pickleball courts\. Adult and junior tennis rackets and pickleball paddles are available to rent with complementary balls\. Complimentary parking in a private, well\-lit and security patrolled parking lot\. Electric Vehicle \(EV\) charging stations are available for a fee on a first come, first served basis\.Wi\-Fi available in most areas and a convenient cyber cafe is in the lobby\. Activity area with ping pong, foosball, and other games for all ages \-\- free lending library\. Free Maui News daily newspaper available at the pool area\. Kamaole Sands is centrally located and is in walking distance to shops, restaurants and activities\. It is also minutes from the championship golf courses of Wailea and Makena\.
