Welcome to “Karma’s A Beach”\! This charming 4\-bedroom, 4\.5 bathroom home located in the heart of Surfside is just 0\.2 miles north of Surfside Pier\. Conveniently located to easily walk to the beach and close by family\-friendly restaurants\. A well\-equipped kitchen boasting granite countertops complete with all large and small appliances, dinnerware, cookware, glassware & utensils to prepare and serve meals\. The first floor features a master bedroom with a private bathroom\. The other three rooms are located on the second floor\. The additional master bathroom on the second floor features a double sink, walk\-in tile shower, and private balcony\.  The exterior of the home features a back porch overlooking the fenced\-in backyard and pool that offers seasonal pool heat \(fees applies\)\. The raised beach style of this home allows parking for up to three vehicles\. 

Sea Star Realty offers the most luxurious linens in the area\.  Including resort\-quality plush towels, hand towels, face cloths, bathmats, and high thread\-count sheets of superior quality for each bed in your vacation home \(including sofa beds\)\. In each bath, you’ll find complimentary elegant soaps\. Waiting for you in your kitchen are kitchen towels, along with some complimentary items, including dish soap, and a kitchen sponge\.
