Use the sidewalk and pedestrian crosswalk to quickly and safely make your way to the Ocean Blvd\. beach access, which includes a bath house\. There's even a beach cart to easily transport all of your gear\. Back at the house, the reverse floor plan and open\-concept layout in the great room take advantage of the ocean views\. The entire top level is dedicated to gathering and entertainment, but spacious enough to still spread out\. Vaulted ceilings and skylights create a bright and airy atmosphere, and original wood paneling provides warmth and coastal character\. The living area leads out to an expansive sun deck, the perfect place to watch the sunrise or enjoy your morning cup of coffee\. A variety of restaurants are located nearby, including Captain George's and Outer Banks Brewing Station\. Take the family on a five\-minute bike ride to the Wright Brothers National Memorial, where you can climb up to the monument for a panoramic view of Kill Devil Hills\.

Can’t stay an entire week? Coasties Ocean Breeze is available for short stays and offers flexible arrival/departure options for those who like to plan ahead\. In\-season partial week stays \(three\-night minimum\) can be reserved months in advance, and guests can choose any day of the week for check\-in and check\-out\.

In case of cancelation, all monies will be refunded less a $150 cancelation fee if you cancel 31 or more days prior to arrival\. If you cancel 15\-30 days prior to arrival, you will receive a 50% refund\. Any cancelations within 14 days of arrival will not be subject to a refund\.
