Homes in the Stay Your Way program allow partial week stays \(three\-night minimum\) to be reserved months in advance, and guests can choose any day of the week for check\-in and check\-out\. Book your Stay Your Way property online now\! CANCELATIONS MUST BE SUBMITTED TO Village Realty in writing\. In case of cancelation, all monies will be refunded less a $150 cancelation fee if you cancel 31 or more days prior to arrival\. If you cancel 15\-30 days prior to arrival, you will receive a 50% refund\. Any cancelations within 14 days of arrival will not be subject to a refund\.
