## Description
Built in 2013 and meticulously maintained, Work Trip is a charming coastal cottage that still looks and feels like new construction\. The oceanside location means you'll be just a short walk to Asheville Drive public beach access \- less than 500 feet from the house\! After a day of fun in the sun, come home and take a relaxing soak in the bubbly hot tub\. Inside, a comfortably furnished great room features hardwood flooring and a coastal\-inspired color palette\. The 9' ceilings and an open\-concept layout make the space feel bright and airy\. When you're not dining out, prepare meals at home in the well\-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and bar seating for two\. At the end of the night, retreat to the top\-level primary suite with king bed and spa\-like private bath\. 

Downstairs, you'll find two more bedrooms and a second full bath\. There's also a spacious den with pull\-out sofa that can be used as an additional hangout space or for alternative sleeping arrangements\. Grab a chilled bottle from the wine fridge and relax on the covered patio\. This cozy outdoor oasis overlooks a lush and barefoot\-friendly lawn perfect for kids, pets and yard games\.

Situated in a central location between the beach road and the bypass, Work Trip is conveniently close to local restaurants, shopping centers, and attractions\. Pets allowed\. No smoking/vaping\. CANCELATIONS MUST BE SUBMITTED TO Village Realty in writing\. In case of cancelation, all monies will be refunded less a $150 cancelation fee if you cancel 31 or more days prior to arrival\. If you cancel 15\-30 days prior to arrival, you will receive a 50% refund\. Any cancelations within 14 days of arrival will not be subject to a refund\.
