Welcome to Z’s Escape\! This newly constructed Beach house is over 1,500 square feet and offers all the comfort you need to have a perfect get away\.  Enjoy the beautiful coastal décor with an open floor concept, inviting living and dining room\. There is a fully stocked kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless\-steel appliances\. This house has a large master bedroom and two additional spacious bedrooms\. Enjoy the view of the sunset from the covered front porch and the first level game room will keep the kids entertained\.

Drive 2 minutes or walk 8 minutes to the 5th street beach access\. Z’s Escape is conveniently located near great restaurants, grocery stores, movie theater, the Wright Brothers Museum and the Avalon Fishing Pier\.

In the morning walk to the beach to capture the beautiful sunrise, walk to the sound and admire some of the most amazing sunsets on the OBX or bike along the bay path\.
