For a classic OBX experience and a throwback to simpler times, make The Pink House your next home away from home\. This quaint and cozy cottage is brimming with history and vintage charm\. Built in the 1960's and lovingly maintained, The Pink House still boasts the original exposed beam ceilings\. Two screened porches \- one in the front and a second on the back of the house \- are perfect for outdoor living while being protected from the elements\. Pets are welcome, so your fur babies can join you on your next trip to the Outer Banks\!

When it's time to hit the beach, take a quick drive north to the Hayman Blvd beach access, which provides plenty of free parking\. Sidewalks and nearby pedestrian crosswalks make it easy to explore the neighborhood on foot or by bike\. Within a half mile radius you'll find Avalon Fishing Pier, the Front Porch Cafe, Wawa, Target, a movie theater and dining options including Awful Arthur's Oyster Bar and The Jolly Roger\.

Can’t stay an entire week? The Pink House is available for short stays with flexible arrival/departure options\. For guests who like to plan ahead, partial week stays \(three\-night minimum\) can be reserved months in advance\. Choose any day of the week for check\-in and check\-out\.

Pets allowed\. No smoking/vaping\. Mini\-split air conditioning \(3 units\)\. CANCELATIONS MUST BE SUBMITTED TO Village Realty in writing\. In case of cancelation, all monies will be refunded less a $150 cancelation fee if you cancel 31 or more days prior to arrival\. If you cancel 15\-30 days prior to arrival, you will receive a 50% refund\. Any cancelations within 14 days of arrival will not be subject to a refund\.
