This top floor gem can be considered a 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom property\.Unit\#8\-304 is a corner unit, so there's extended lanai space with a Screened in Lanai featuring high vaulted ceilings & multiple relaxation areas\. It's extremely private & has the feeling of being in a tropical forest\. Large trees engulf the east side of the development keeping the unit having cooler temperatures from additional shade than other ones in the complex\.The main floor has a large open floor plan, featuring a fully equipped and remodeled kitchen\! New countertops, cabinets, back splash\!The main floor also has the living area, lanai, & Master Back Bedroom\. Enjoy use of a full bathroom too that's off of the master bedroom that has it's own King Sized Bed\.You'll find another bedroom that has disappearing walls that are shoji doors which separate the bedroom from the Living Room\. Queen Sized Bed here\! Next to that is another bathroom with a walk in shower and a stacked Washer/Dryer in that bathroom\. This bedroom opens directly onto the Lanai\!Upstairs in the Loft you'll find immediately on the landing a Queen Sized Bed for the 3rd sleeping area\. A truly unique 4 bedroom property\.The Keauhou Surf and Racquet Club is a gated community of condominiums\. There are three professional style tennis courts with night lighting\. The large remodeled swimming pool is ideal for “laps” and also for small children and other water activities\. Showers and restrooms are conveniently located in the large pavilion near the swimming pool and tennis courts\.One of the most interesting features of the Keauhou Surf and Racquet Club are the numerous archaeological sites\. These preserved areas provide a glimpse of Hawaiian life years ago\. Each site has a posted description of the activities that took place years and years ago\.The Keauhou Surf and Racquet Club has many gardens and walking trails\. ONE GOES DIRECTLY TO A BEACH\!\! Flowers and tropical foliage are abundant\. There are several outdoor barbecue areas for guests to go to\.TAT\#TA\-161\-290\-6496\-01\*\*All guests are required to sign a rental agreement with Property Manager Property Management\*\*\*\*\*All Reservation Requests greater than 12 months in Advance MUST be approved in advance by the Broker In Charge\.
