Welcome to Kemp’s Kove — a one\-of\-a\-kind Crystal Beach retreat owned and managed by a local family\. With 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and space for 14 guests across two private structures, this is the ideal home base for families, friend groups, and multi\-generational getaways\.

Kemp’s Kove is made up of a main house and a private casita — perfect for groups who want to vacation together while having their own space\. The main house features 3 bedrooms \(K/K/Full over Full bunk\), 2 full baths, a fully equipped kitchen, and a screened\-in porch with a dining table for outdoor meals\. The casita offers two floors of independent living, each with its own kitchenette and bathroom \(Q down and 2 Qs up\)— ideal for grandparents, teens, or anyone who values a little extra privacy\.

This is where Kemp’s Kove really shines\. Step outside to your private fenced pool \(heating available for $85/night Oct\-April\), a tiki bar with built\-in grill and TV, a gas fire pit, and plenty of space for your group to unwind\. It’s an entire resort — just for your group\.
