\- The condominium community is going through a roofing construction project\. There may be construction taking place Monday to Saturday, 7:30 AM to 7:00 PM\. The construction is slated to take place in early June on Building 8 \(our unit is in Building 13\) and will proceed in ascending numerical order every 2\-3 weeks when the roof has been completed\. Please keep this in mind when booking your stay
\- The community is undergoing a roofing construction project\. The unit comes with one parking spot\. Due to the construction, there might not be parking directly in front of the unit
