The Space:
Located in the Historic Flamingo Park neighborhood, Key Lime Cottage is an updated 2 bedroom/1 bathroom cottage with a saltwater pool\. The home features A/C, a fully furnished and equipped eat\-in modern kitchen, washer and dryer, a spacious front porch for lounging, outdoor hot/cold shower and a sunny deck overlooking the pool\.  The master suite has a California king organic mattress while the guest bedroom has a queen bed\.  Each bedroom offers a flat\-screen TV\. This house can sleep up to 4 people\. Pool heat is optional 

Key Lime Bungalow is located on a luscious, quiet street in Flamingo Park, 15 minutes walking distance to the West Palm Beach Arts & Entertainment District with restaurants, shops, bars, street cafes, boutiques, museums, theaters and more\.  The Norton Museum of Art and Grandview Public Market are also within 10 minutes walking distance\.

Pet Policy: 
This home welcomes one well\-behaved dog or cat \(under 50 lbs\)\. After your booking, you'll be asked to confirm your furry friend’s details and submit the one\-time $200 pet fee \+ taxes\. Please note that only one pet is permitted per stay\. Feel free to ask any questions you may have ahead of time about our pet policy\.

Security Hold or Damage Waiver: 
This home requires an additional refundable security deposit of $500, which will be a hold placed on your credit card at check\-in and released within 2 days after check\-out and our standard inspection\. Alternatively, guests may opt to pay a non\-refundable damage waiver of $50 instead\.

Age Requirement: 
The primary guest must be at least 21 years old and staying for the duration of the reservation\.
