Sanibel Siesta on the Beach, Unit 205\. Colorful, beach\-themed 2nd floor unit with original artwork\.  Recently remodeled with rattan furniture, newer appliances and comfortable seating, located just steps from the elevator\.  This spacious 2bed/2bath non\-smoking unit features all the comforts of home\.  The master suite has a king bed and access to the large screened lanai\.  The guest bedroom has twin beds but can be made into a king upon request and has doors which can connect to create a private suite with bath\.   The guest bath has a walk\-in shower and grab bars in both bathrooms\.  The large and bright living/dining room leads to a screened lanai overlooking a tropical garden and a view of the Gulf\.   Easy walk to beach and pool\!   The fully equipped kitchen features granite counters, smooth\-top stove and ice\-maker in freezer\.  Other amenities include ceiling fans, central air, 3 satellite flat\-screen TVs, queen size sleeper sofa, linens, and a starter pack of soaps, paper products and coffee\.  Beach chairs and a beach umbrella are provided for your enjoyment\.  Beach towels are available for rent or purchase from our on\-site office\.  Sanibel Siesta offers tennis courts, heated swimming pool, WiFi, bike rentals, shuffleboard, gas grills, laundry facilities and elevators\.  We are conveniently located within walking distance of a golf course and restaurants\. Reservation pricing is based on a party of 4\. A $30 daily fee will apply for any 5th or 6th person,  a 1\-time extra linen charge of $35\.00 will apply\.  Max occupancy is 6 including children and infants\. NO PETS\.
