The kitchen is charmingly open to the living area, making entertaining irresistible, especially with the inclusion of the over\-sized lanai open on two sides to the tropical breezes\. The two bathrooms were luxuriously updated to include designer tile and granite countertops\. Four ceiling fans in bedrooms and living area keep those breezes moving, but there's also an air conditioner if needed\. Halogen track lights add drama in the kitchen and gracious entry hall\.
