Kihei Bay Surf Studio \#250 is a freshly renovated upstairs studio with vaulted ceilings\. Some of the updates include new quartz countertops in the kitchen, bathroom, and hallway, creating a new kitchen sidebar, new stainless steel appliances, a new split air conditioner system \(2023\)\. In the living room, new double\-pane lanai glass doors and windows were replaced in \(2023\) which significantly reduces any noise from the exterior\. 55" flat\-screen Smart TV mounted with the capability to tilt and swivel for your viewing pleasure\. Features blackout draperies for those who prefer to take the morning off\! Enjoy a cool beverage on the new lanai furniture as you listen to the relaxing sounds of nature\. New draperies and local art tie in the colors and round\-out the renovation\. There is a queen bed that can sleep 2 people\. Kihei Bay Surf Studio \#250 provides complimentary wireless internet service\. Coin\-operated laundry room on\-site\. Sleeps 2\. Please note: This unit is on the second floor with no elevator available\.

The Kihei Bay Surf is located in North Kihei across the street from the Whale Sanctuary and Kalepolepo Beach and an ancient Hawaiian fishpond\. Each studio has a fully equipped kitchen, and cable TV\. In addition there is a large pool, hot tub, tennis court, gas grills and common laundry areas for your use\. Whale watch, windsurf, walk the beach and enjoy the most amazing sunsets imaginable\. The Kihei Bay Surf is centrally located to shops, restaurants and is just minutes from the championship golf courses of Wailea and Makena\. This is one of the best values in Kihei\.
