## Description
Kihei  Bay Vista \#A\-102 is a ground floor unit that is just across the street from the beach\. This unit has a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, There is a king bed in the bedroom and a queen sofa bed in the living room\. This unit is immaculate with tiled floors, new counter\-tops and has high speed internet service\. Split system air conditioning in both the living room and bedroom\. Amenities include teak lanai furniture, beach chairs, beach coolers, and snorkel gear\. The master bedroom has a flat screen TV\. In the kitchen, there is a crock pot and toaster that will accommodate bagels\. The full bathroom includes a shower seat and safety handles for getting in and out of the shower, and an ADA\-compliant toilet with a raised seat that is easier on the knees\. All of the canvas art in Kihei  Bay Vista \#A\-102  are from photos taken by the owners\. 
Same day bookings and those arriving within 48 hours of making the reservation requires a phone call to Rentals Maui for confirmation\.
Bookings made within 7 days of arrival will require an ID check and screening prior to confirmation\.

Kihei Bay Vista is just across the street from the Whale Sanctuary and a very long stretch of beach\. A temporary library card can be obtained at the Kihei library for a nominal fee, and they have a ton of "beach books\." Windsurf, whale watch, walk the beach and enjoy unbelievable sunsets\. The Kihei Bay Vista is centrally located to shops, restaurants, and activities, and is a short drive to the championship golf courses of Wailea and Makena\.  Sleeps 4\.
