Utilize the dual zone split system AC during those hot summer days or keep the windows open for the cool trade winds at night\. In addition, this condo also includes a large private deck for your enjoyment off the living room with ocean & pool views, with outdoor couches and chaise lounges a great space to watch the sunrise over Haleakala and the sunset into the ocean\. The location is an easy walk to restaurants, shopping, beaches, parks, health food store, and Internet café\.  There are six championship golf courses within 15 minutes\.  Kihei, being on the beautiful south coast, has the best weather and beaches in Maui, so relax by the large pool or enjoy the variety of activities Maui has to offer\.  Please note: This unit is on the second floor with no elevator available\.
