The indoor hot tub, conveniently located near the front door, provides a perfect way to unwind after a day of activities\. This family\-friendly townhome boasts an ideal location in downtown Winter Park close to a selection of restaurants, the Grand Park Recreation Center, the Foundry movie theater with bowling alley, and various shopping options are all within walking distance from this unit\. 
The ground floor primary bedroom features a king\-sized bed and an en\-suite bathroom\.  This room is equipped with a TV and provides access to the indoor hot tub\. 
The second bedroom situated on the ground floor features a double bunk bed and provides access to a full bathroom located in the hallway\.  Additionally, a stacked washer dryer are available on the ground floor\.
The primary living space is situated on the second floor\. Upon entry, one is welcomed by stunning vaulted ceilings adorned with pine paneling, complemented by ample natural light streaming in from the sunroom and sky light\. This open\-concept layout provides an excellent area for socializing, featuring a fully equipped kitchen, a breakfast bar, and a combined dining and living room space\.  The room is enhanced by a sizable moss\-rock wood burning fireplace, and a television\.  Additionally, the sofa sleeper converts into a king\-size bed, accommodating up to eight guests in this townhome\. 
The second\-floor third bedroom features a queen\-sized bed and provides access to a full bathroom located directly across the hall on the same level\.  Please note that there is no air conditioning available\.
Guests are not allowed to smoke or bring pets onto the property as per the rules of the Homeowner Association\.  These regulations will be rigorously upheld, with a 200 fine imposed on guests who violate them\.
